Bougie Bites Cheesecakes is a Dallas–Fort Worth–based dessert brand rooted in family tradition and fueled by creativity. Founder Julie Fuller was taught to bake by her grandmother, Grandma Faulk, and she’s been perfecting that love ever since.

 

What started as a side hustle—vending at motorcycle events (because Julie rides)—quickly turned into a true passion. After 26 years as an emergency room RN, baking became her therapy: a calm, joyful outlet where she can reset, recharge, and create.
